Hello,brodas and sistas!

Here is where everyone can write and reply to this message by saying how things are going in your life! For example, you can say: "Hello, soy fulana, estoy bien, estoy tomando examenes, tambien estoy comiendo mucho mantecado, y estoy preparandome para UNIV." Cute, huh? Well, I think it's a GREAT idea so every one in the RB (riestra bunch) can know if you are ok, or not, and if you are not dead, or kidnapped or anything, but you are alright!!!

Ahem...Hello, hi!! I am Jose and I am recently learning how to cook!! (say wow!!) I now know how to cook chicken, chopsteak, chicken thighs, and 'pork chops' (although in the latter I was not successful, because the pork chops burned). I have recently moved with two friends in Anasco and one of them is Nigerian, and he cooks us Nigerian food, and also is teaching me some Nigerian christmas songs!! wow! I am happy with my new housemates and house!!
I am teaching one class to a group i like to call the 'ex-presidiarios' (por la manera en que se comportan), but I WILL SURVIVE (the song)...I am also doing ok with my thesis, (fingers crossed) the deadline for my first 2 chapters is late November...I am currently one of the representatives for the RUMEGA (english graduate student organization)and we have to do a lot of bake sales and boring stuff (though we get to have cool t-shirts!)...Finally, I am also researching some universities in which I would like to start my phd. next year. Im taking the GRE (U.S./Britain graduate school entrance exam) tomorrow (encomiendenme 'purty pliiz').
